Brodie graduated from Douglas College with a Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching and Kinesiology, with an extended minor in Business Management. His specialty lies within exercise science, performance and physiology. He is a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Brodie is a strong believer in functional strength, mechanics and process. He brings a blend of science and performance to every client on a rehabilitation or pre-habilitation level. He brings a deep athletic background in hockey, soccer, and strength training as well as experience with clients from all walks of life including children, adults, seniors and NHL’ers. Brodie has experience in the employer services and occupational world, with a focus on physical demands, ergonomics, and return to work, striving towards restoring patients to a comfortable quality of life.
Brodie’s goal with every client is to restore optimal movement patterns, increase functionality, and improve quality of life. He brings a positive mindset and creates a comfortable yet professional environment. In his spare time, he also works with geriatrics on restoring movement and activity.
