Welcome to Our Online Classes!

Due to the current health crisis, we are launching a series of FREE online education and exercise classes to help keep your brain learning and your body moving while staying safe at home. These classes are open to everyone – clients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and the general public, anywhere in the world. All classes are offered live, in real time, so you can engage with your clinical instructor and classmates.

Mental Health after Head Injury

Head injuries can cause people to experience many different symptoms, including sadness and anxiety. Knowing the best-researched ways to re-wire our brains towards feeling happier and less anxious or sad is an incredibly valuable tool. This education session will give you resources to use on your own that can help create more positive emotions.

Better Sleep for a Better Brain

Sleep is important for us to feel good in our bodies and minds and yet so many people have trouble with falling asleep, staying asleep or feeling well rested in the morning. This education session will provide tips on how to optimize your sleep to leave you feeling more refreshed, energized and able to heal.

Concussion Symptom Management 

Concussions can be difficult to know how to manage, especially with conflicting advice online. This session is to help clients make sense of how they can best manage symptoms on their own. It is a general advice session that will cover how to manage symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, visual or auditory sensitivity and dizziness through pacing and gradual return to activity.

Laughter Yoga 

We’ve all heard the saying “laughter is the best medicine” and it is! Laughing produces feel-good hormones in our body. The more we smile and laugh, the more our brain becomes wired towards happiness. Laughter yoga uses sustained laughter and deep yogic breathing as a way to calm the nervous system, relieve stress and boost our mood.

Persistent Pain after Head Injury (Part 1)

When one suffers a brain injury it sometimes results in persistent pain that is difficult to manage. This part one of a two part education series is on pain education. In many of the top leading pain clinics in the world, pain education is the first step to addressing chronic pain issues. Pain education will give clients an understanding of what is happening in their bodies and how it connects to their emotions and motivations.

Persistent Pain after Head Injury (Part 2) 

Persistent pain from a head injury often comes with a feeling of a loss of control. When clients have tried many treatments or medications that have not provided relief, it can be exhausting and feel hopeless. There are well researched tools that clients can use to take back control and manage their symptoms. The point of this session is to empower the client and give them resources to provide themselves with some relief.

Get Your Body Moving 

Take exercise classes such as Movement with Multiple Sclerosis, Ditch the Dizziness, and Clinical Pilates/Yoga.

Ditch the Dizziness

This class is for people that are currently experiencing symptoms of dizziness, unsteadiness, imbalance or vertigo. You will learn introductory gaze stabilization exercises, explore ways to gently challenge your symptoms in a safe manner, and improve your balance.

Movement with MS 

Join other people with MS around the world for 45 minutes of virtually instructed stretching, strengthening and breathing.


This class is open to all ages and abilities, with a specific focus on those experiencing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). These 45-minute sessions will incorporate different elements of yoga, clinical Pilates, vestibular therapy, and other rehabilitation tools used to manage and treat TBI.

How to Book an Appointment Online

We are now using the Jane system for online appointments and class bookings! Click on Register Now to enter the Jane system.

To reserve an appointment, click on your practitioner’s name on the monthly calendar. From there, you can select the desired date and time for your appointment.

You can also Book by Session or Class and choose an available space on the calendar.

For online classes, you will be sent a video link after completing your booking.

How to Save a Shortcut

For easier access to bookings, save a shortcut on your mobile device or bookmark Jane on your browser.

On Android 

  1. Visit to set up a shortcut icon.
  2. On our page, click on the icon at the top right of your screen to drop down more options (three dots).
  3. Select Bookmarks and find and click on Add shortcut to desktop and you will create a shortcut as an icon on your home screen.
  4. You now have fast access to SNPC appointment bookings!

On iOS (iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch)

  1. Visit on Safari browser to set up a shortcut icon.
  2. Tap the share icon. 
  3. On the menu that appears, scroll down to find the option Add to Home Screen [+]
  4. Choose a name for your shortcut (eg. SNPC Appointment Booking) and press add.
  5. You now have access to SNPC appointments bookings from your home screen!
